Online yoga from my home to yours. In these unusual times, we can find ourself off centre and very much in our heads and everything can feel overwhelming. Join me for an inspiring Iyengar practice where we will work on grounding our energy, calming the mind and balancing the nervous system, calm the mind and rejuvenate our creative energy. Using the yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) to bring us back to our bodies and our deep inner connection.
If you don't have props don't worry, we can use books, cushions, scarves, towels.. just have a few things around just in case. The zoom space will be open for 10 minutes prior and after the class so we'll have time to connect. For those of you who live near me please give me a call.. I have lots of yoga props you can borrow until we are back to normal.
