Hello everyone!
Just a quick update — I’m running a skeleton timetable this summer. Monday classes finish tonight. You’ll still find me teaching on Fridays at Grange Paddocks and running Zoom classes on Wednesdays at 7:30 am (WhatsApp me for the link: 07970 84199). Please note, there won’t be any Zoom or Grange Paddocks classes this week (8/7/25 and 10/7/25). I also have plenty of availability for private sessions during the daytime — whether you’re interested in yoga (dynamic, beginners, therapeutic, restorative, philosophy study) breathwork (pranayama), meditation, or healing therapies like massage, reflexology, chair acupressure, and reiki. If you're interested in one-to-one support or just some mid-summer nurturing, feel free to get in touch. The full timetable returns from Monday 8/9/25. Hello I'm AdrienneI help individuals connect to their inner wisdom and fully return to their bodies through Iyengar yoga, mindfulness, meditation, pain management, and holistic body work and energetic therapies. With 12 years of Yoga teaching experience (route in Patanjalis yoga), including 4-6 classes per week and weekly private clients, along with 26 years of dedicated practice in yoga, breath work, and mindfulness, I bring extensive, embodied knowledge to my work. My expertise covers various movement modalities, massage therapies, and addressing both medical and therapeutic needs. I’ve also taught yoga for the Iyengar Long Covid medical study in collaboration with St. John’s University. My teaching is characterised by kindness, intuition, and a deep understanding of the body, mind, art and science behind each modality. |
