Yoga for Emotional Stability

This workshop with Adrienne Bagnall is based on Guruji BKS Iyengar’s restorative programme for emotional stability that he described as quietening for the body and the mind.
This practice will help you understand the use of props tailored to your individual needs and will feature longer holds in supported poses.
We shall work through a series of asana and pranayama that calms the mind and cools the brain, balances the intellectual and emotional centres, stimulates positive thinking, and brings about inner silence.
Everyone is welcome at this workshop which is for all levels of students from confident beginner (min 6 months practice) to advanced.

I help people connect to their inner wisdom and come home to their bodies through the modalities of Iyengar yoga, mindfulness, meditation, pain management and holistic and energetic therapies. I teach with kindness, intuition and with a deep study of the art and science of each modality.
