For those of you who haven't seen the wonder of BKS Iyengar in action, here is a feast for your eyes. Iyengar, one of the most influential yoga teachers in the world, is seen here in his 60s in 1977. His demonstration of the asanas is true delight and wonder to behold. In honour and in gratitude for all he's brought to us, enjoy this video. Very excited to announce that my new Standon class is starting in September. The first class is free so come along and try it out.
