The next Karmaspace Yoga workshop runs from bright and airy Woo Pilates Studio in Bishops Stortford. 10am- 12.30pm. All levels are welcome, and the sequencing will be applied appropriately to those with injuries, the more inexperienced or just plain stiff. In this workshop we shall focus on emerging from the winter months ready for Spring, focusing on the hips. This longer class allows you to deepen your practice and understand the more fundamental principles of alignment . For more information please visit the workshop page.
