The new January course for Pregnancy Yoga runs online via Zoom every Monday at 11am from 11 January online. Open to those who are over 12 weeks pregnant.

The sequences and yoga postures specifically benefit and strengthen women's bodies and minds in the transformative experience of pregnancy. Physical and nervine strength, and mental and emotional stability is developed through the mindful practice of yoga postures. Hello I'm AdrienneI help individuals connect to their inner wisdom and fully return to their bodies through Iyengar yoga, mindfulness, meditation, pain management, and holistic body work and energetic therapies. With 11 years of Yoga teaching experience, including 4-6 classes per week and weekly private sessions, along with 25 years of dedicated practice in yoga, breath work, and mindfulness, I bring extensive, embodied knowledge to my work. My expertise covers various movement modalities, massage therapies, and addressing both medical and therapeutic needs. I’ve also taught yoga for the Iyengar Long Covid medical study in collaboration with St. John’s University.
