Playing with the L Shaped poses

Playing with the supported L shapes in Yoga Asana. Long holds and the effect of gravity and and props help with exploration of the body. Each pose informs the other and helps us to understand the actions of the poses. From top left clockwise: Virabhardrasana 3 - Warrior 3
