Happy new year yogis and yoginis! I'm really looking forward to getting back to teaching next week after a nourishing break. Please do get in touch if you wish to book onto any of my private classes :
Monday 7pm General at Woo Pilates Studio B/S Monday 8.15pm Beginners course at Woo Pilates Studio B/S (nearly full) Wednesday 9.15am General class at United Reform Church Hall B/S Wednesday 11am Beginners course at United Reform Church Hall B/S Yoga Classes can be found here. I shall also be assisting at an Iyengar Remedial Therapy class at The Secret Space, Hertford on Thursdays 11.30 am - 12.45pm. This class is for anyone who cannot attend a normal yoga class because of injuries or illness. It is highly personalised to the immediate needs of the student and varies from week to week for the individual depending on their condition. In a class we can work with various physical and emotional conditions which can include but is not limited to knee/hip replacements, prosthesis, cancer, frozen shoulders, knee shoulder injuries, emotional mental health conditions. Hello I'm AdrienneI help individuals connect to their inner wisdom and fully return to their bodies through Iyengar yoga, mindfulness, meditation, pain management, and holistic body work and energetic therapies. With 11 years of Yoga teaching experience, including 4-6 classes per week and weekly private sessions, along with 25 years of dedicated practice in yoga, breath work, and mindfulness, I bring extensive, embodied knowledge to my work. My expertise covers various movement modalities, massage therapies, and addressing both medical and therapeutic needs. I’ve also taught yoga for the Iyengar Long Covid medical study in collaboration with St. John’s University.
