Due to demand, i have squeezed another yoga class in before Christmas. To offset what is a busy, and sometimes stressful period of the year, I shall be teaching Restorative and Pranayama. This class is designed to calm and soothe the Nervous system and quieten the mind. We will be working with many reclined poses, and finishing with a long period of focused breathing and variations of pranayama. If you have a class to make up come along. And also feel free to bring a friend, or come and try if you haven't been before.

Hello I'm AdrienneI help individuals connect to their inner wisdom and fully return to their bodies through Iyengar yoga, mindfulness, meditation, pain management, and holistic body work and energetic therapies. With 11 years of Yoga teaching experience, including 4-6 classes per week and weekly private sessions, along with 25 years of dedicated practice in yoga, breath work, and mindfulness, I bring extensive, embodied knowledge to my work. My expertise covers various movement modalities, massage therapies, and addressing both medical and therapeutic needs. I’ve also taught yoga for the Iyengar Long Covid medical study in collaboration with St. John’s University.
