Hope you all had a great summer and I forward to welcoming you all as of next week. Click here for the new timetable. In addition to the usual classes, this term I am teaching a 5 week Beginners Iyengar Yoga course starting on Monday evenings at 8.15pm - 9.15pm. There is a new Gentle Yoga class Wednesdays 11am - 12pm a class suitable for those who would desire a slower paced class and is ideal for those with minor physical ailments, such as lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain or age related challenges. This class is shorter and slower paced with a greater use of props to support students in the poses. Fridays see the beginning of a new class Express Yoga - 9am - 10am a shorter class in which we worth through the basic realm of standing poses, twists, forward bend, and backbends. As usual in all of my classes there are different themes and threads of teaching taught each week.

Hello I'm AdrienneI help individuals connect to their inner wisdom and fully return to their bodies through Iyengar yoga, mindfulness, meditation, pain management, and holistic body work and energetic therapies. With 11 years of Yoga teaching experience, including 4-6 classes per week and weekly private sessions, along with 25 years of dedicated practice in yoga, breath work, and mindfulness, I bring extensive, embodied knowledge to my work. My expertise covers various movement modalities, massage therapies, and addressing both medical and therapeutic needs. I’ve also taught yoga for the Iyengar Long Covid medical study in collaboration with St. John’s University.
