Hope you all had a good easter break, and as we begin to embrace the energy of Spring I am so excited to welcome you all back on the mat this week. The sun is shining finally, and I am looking forward to teaching you all an energetic practice to help you dust off the cobwebs and help burn off that excess chocolate consumption (maybe, depending on how good you have been!). Also, for many of us that long dark winter has wreaked havoc with our moods, and a good yoga practice is ultimately about working on our minds, so I'll be helping you to work from the inside out in the traditional yoga way.
Have a look now at the timetable and get on board for an exciting term of yoga x

Healthy lifestyle is important. But because of our busy schedules and never-ending requirements most of the time, we failed to consider having a healthy living in our priority. But we must start checking our health before things get worst. We should be aware of our body's nutrition before its too late. Simple exercises such as yoga are really helpful to avoid the risk of having harsh diseases. This simple exercise doesn't consume a lot of time. Let's take a break from this busy life and give our body the care that it needed.
